HOW VSI SAND MAKING MACHINE WORKS

VSI sand making machine uses high-speed rotating materials to break each other and friction between materials (stone strike stone). When working, the material enters the crushing chamber of VSI sand making machine vertically from the upper part. Under the centrifugal force of high-speed rotating impeller, the material interacts and collides with each other.

A VSI (or Vertical Shaft Impactor) crusher works by accelerating material into a crushing chamber where it is then impacted by a high-speed rotor. The rotor is fed from above and throws the material against fixed anvils within the crushing chamber. The material is then broken down into smaller pieces and falls through the bottom of the chamber.

1. Central feed: the raw materials fall into the feed hopper of the VSI sand making machine and enter the impeller from the central feed port. The materials are thrown out at a speed of 60-75 m/s under the action of the high-speed impeller. It is crushed when it hits the impact plate, and the final product comes out of the discharge port.

2. Annular feeding: the raw materials fall into the hopper, and the special plate divides the materials into two parts. Part of the material enters the impeller of the sand making machine through the center of the plate, and another part of the material falls from the outside of the plate. The material thrown out earlier crushes the material from the outside, so that the material is crushed and then crushed.

The spindle motor drives the transmission part of the bearing barrel to rotate at a high speed, while the rotor rotates at a high speed. As the spindle makes materials that enter the impeller, after the impeller is injected into the crushing cavity at high speed, the crushed lining materials collide with each other and form in the CuoMo cavity, which converts kinetic energy into energy. To accelerate the receiving of materials, crushed or plastic materials need to be circulated in the surrounding gas for many times under the vortex of the surrounding gas and then the materials in the crushing cavity are circulated for many times. Glue crushing realizes continuous crushing and discharges from the lower part of the machine body to form the required finished material. The crushing method is "stone-on-rock". This model is mainly used for plastic and crushed stone.
