ZSW Series vibrating grizzly feeder Introduction

The vibrating grizzly feeder is used to uniformly, periodically, and continuously transport large-size materials and granular materials from the hopper to the receiving device in the production process, and feed the materials into the crusher continuously and evenly, and is also used in the sand production line Screening of materials. It is widely used in supporting crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, grinding, and other industries.

The vibrating grizzly feeder has two eccentric shafts that rotate at high speed from opposite directions at the same time, thereby forming a strong centrifugal force. The component forces of the centrifugal force along the vibration direction always overlap each other, and then offset with the vertical force in the vibration direction to form a unidirectional excitation force, which drives the feeder to vibrate linearly. When the materials are fed into the vibrating feeder, they may be thrown up and move like a parallel curve, and then fall. The material will move forward on the slope of the feeder.
