AGGREGATE VIBRATING FEEDER INTRODUCTION

A vibrating grizzly feeder is a kind of linear-direction feeding equipment. The vibrating grizzly feeder is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipment in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc . HOW A VIBRATING FEEDER WORKS

Vibrating feeder consists of a vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor, vibrating device, and motor. The vibrator consists of two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed simultaneously from opposite directions, forming a strong centrifugal force.

There are two eccentric shaft rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When material are fed into the vibrating feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down.The material will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.

During installation, the two gears must mesh according to the symbol, and the motor drives the two eccentric shafts to rotate, generating huge linear power, and forcing the feeder to vibrate. Under the action of vibration, the material slides and throws on the funnel and moves forward. When the material passes through the screening part, the smaller part falls to avoid further crushing, thus achieving the purpose of screening. Vibrating feeders can be used in the metallurgical industry, coal industry, mineral processing, construction, chemical industry, abrasive industry, and other fields.
