The components of the tire mobile cone crushing station include a solid frame, cone crusher, feeder, vibrating screen, conveyor belt, electric motor and control box, etc.

The material is uniformly transported into the cone crusher by the feeder. After the cone crusher is initially crushed, the closed circuit system is formed through the circular vibrating screen to realize the cyclic crushing of the material. The finished material is output by the belt conveyor for continuous crushing operation. The cone-type mobile crushing station can remove the circular vibrating screen according to actual production needs, realize the direct preliminary crushing of materials, and it is convenient and flexible to use with other crushing equipment.

The PY series mobile cone crusher has a feed size of 30-500mm, a discharge size of 0-5, 5-10, 10-20mm, and a production capacity of 1-250t/h. The final size can be 0-5, 5-10, 10-20mm (adjustable). It is mainly used in quarries, sand and gravel, mining, construction and demolition recycling, construction aggregates, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
